 
Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, I attended school and graduated with the equivalent of a B.A. degree.
My career focus has been in sales and marketing in the fields of securities, insurance, and Real Estate in Munich, Germany. In 1971 I moved to the United States and continued my career in the sales field.
I have focused exclusively on Real Estate and in particular on the Downtown area of Seattle in the last six years.
My attention to detail and follow-up along with a strong knowledge of market inventory and conditions enables you to enjoy a stress free buying and selling experience.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. I attended schools in Salt Lake and graduated from the University of Utah in art history and business. I moved to Seattle in 1967.
My entire career has been in the real estate industry including as an asset manager for a national real estate syndication firm managing commercial, multi-family, and condominium properties. In 1991 I joined Windermere Real Estate/Wall St. Inc and continued my career in residential and condominium sales specializing in the Seattle Metropolitan region.
My goals in real estate have been to practice the highest ethical standards, uncompromising honesty and integrity with a demand that my clients are treated in the manner I would choose.
My knowledge of the industry, enthusiasm for the real estate process, attention to detail and follow through and tough negotiator creates a professional and worry free atmosphere for the client creating friendships for life.
